The most well-known feature that people associate with digital photography in general and, more specifically, Adobe products, is object removal. Digital image editing takes a lot of time and is tedious. It would be appropriate at this point to discuss the morality of object removal. I put a lot of effort into making sure my backgrounds and edges are as clear as possible while taking pictures.
The goal of taking a beautiful picture is to eliminate anything that might distract from the subject and draw the viewer's attention to something else, like a piece of litter on the ground. Getting rid of an object in your photo can be as simple as getting rid of a single dust particle or as laborious as getting rid of footprints on a busy beach.
