BSc Agriculture has become one of the top choices among all the courses that students pursue after 10+2. It has a great career scope and students from all over India pursue this course but a question that always comes to their mind is – Is ICAR necessary for BSc Agriculture?
The answer to this is NO. There is a lot of confusion among students regarding ICAR. So, first of all it is important to know about ICAR. Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is an autonomous body responsible for co-ordinating agricultural education and research in India. It is has no right or authority to give recognition or approval to any university or college to start B.Sc Agriculture course.
